Does anyone know of a natural way to detox your body from toxins and to help lose weight?

I have been exercising for 8 months now 5-6 days a week consistently and have lost over 25 pounds, I have another 10 I would like to lose. I’ve always heard detox is a good way to give your body a fresh start.

Unfortunately the whole concept of detox is an urban myth. It is based solely on the irrational rants of constipated Edwardians who refused to eat vegetables as the considered them food only fit for the lower classes to consume. As a result they had little option but to spend their time taking laxatives and purgatives and giving themselves enemas. Provided you have not already done too much damage to your body, your liver and kidneys will deal with problem of removing toxins from your body, as that was what they were designed to do. After that, tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life and you can start afresh.

Answers is chock a block with people wanting someone or something to lose weight for them. Unfortunately in case you haven’t heard it before, diets don’t work! Statistically 2 in 3 so called dieters end up heavier.

There is really only one way to sustain weight loss. Less in, more out. It is the second part that is essential, and of course that is also the reason most people fail. You need to do 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise 5 days a week, FOR LIFE!

Unfortunately the vast majority of people who are desperate to lose weight and say they will do anything, actually mean try any fad diet or swallow any dubious pill, as long as they are not expected to get off the couch. Result? They are doomed to remain fat!

I’m doing a report on ethnic cleansing vs. genocide, and finding information if a bit hard. I need some trusted sites (no wikipedia) that can tell me the difference. Any help is appreciated!

Ethnic cleansing is the politically correct term for genocide. It’s used so that (god forbid) we don’t offend those committing it.

This whole acai berry thing is a scam.
Acai berries are high in antioxidants.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism.
An increase in metabolism can burn more calories.
More calories burned can result in weight loss.
Acai berries cause weight loss!
That is the big "stretch" con artists are selling.
Acai berries don’t have any more antioxidants in them than blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries. At 10 times the price because they are "exotic".
They are only available in the US as a frozen pulp at health food stores.

And the Holocaust is definitely genocide, but could it be called ethnic cleansing too?

Ethnic Cleansing is a little more specific as it directed towards people that share the same heritage. Genocide is a little more encompassing and is directed towards a people with the same religious, political or national identity. The difference is subtle and the term ‘ethnic’ can often be misused, especially by the media. I would say the Holocaust was a genocide as you said because gypies, blacks, homosexuals and communists were targeted, but when specifying the particular genocide towards Jews, you could call that ethnic cleansing.

Mostly, its a scam.
My mom bought it and lost 6 pounds, but the thing is, she lost them from washing out the toxins in her body, you dont really lose fat. And honestly, its not worth the money. She paid 26 bucks for the pills for each of two bottles.

But if youre talking about Actualy Acai Berries, yes their good for you all around and have the same benefits as other fruits.

except for the MASTER CLEANSE diet.. are there any other cleansing diet? like just eating fruits?

There is no build up of bad plaque, toxins, or sludge in a normal, reasonably healthy system.

I went to Whole Foods today and decided to try out Acai berry supplements (vegetarian vcaps). I would like to know exactly what this is good for other than having up to 30 times more antioxidant activity than red wine. My body feels warmer than usual (especially my feet). Almost having flu-like symptoms-headache, nausea, fatigue and sweating. My body may not be used to being toxin-free. Been using SP Cleanse and Livaplex (with other vitamins) Thoughts?

What you can do is go to a health food store that sells hydrated bentonite (it’s cheap). Stir a tablespoon of this into a glass of water along a with a heaping teaspoon of sugar-free metamucil and a tablespoon of olive oil (or some kind of edible oil product). Let it gel for about 2 minutes. Down a glass of this 1 hour BEFORE you take your cleanse products and meal.

This mixture will act like a sponge and will keep your body from pumping the toxins back into your bloodstream through the lower intestine, thereby eliminating most of your symptoms (you’re basically re-poisoning yourself right now; they don’t tell that when you buy those cleansing products).

Make sure you drink plenty of water when detoxing.

I have a special event coming up in late July that I need to look great for. Should I do a full body cleanse this coming week and workout really hard for a month or should I do it vise versa by working out really hard for a month and then cleansing the week before my event?! Thanks.

Cleansing is a waste of time and an unhealthy thing to do according the health experts.

Detox dieting is a myth. If it’s a dead serious novel or you just don’t like parodies then you could call it just anything practically. Like Apple Jake. That’s natural. Or Jillian Pear. Whatever ingredient is main.

I take lots of vitamins…try to get an all around balance…..
You are right about vitamins….the only thing is, our soil doesn’t have the nutrients as it used to….I do my best to eat right, along with supplementing with vitamins….They do help.

I try to eat right, stay away from snacking stuff like that, but Hey at my age lets be honest, I need all the preservatives I can get.

I just bought two 46 oz bottles and I’m just curious if by drinking that could I lose any kind of weight? Any tips on how often I should drink it? Or if I should drink it before or after a work out… Or is it just a flavor and has no benefits?
I work out at Curves three times a week and I eat as healthy as I can and I do not over eat.
Stop talking about the pills people… NOT interested in a free trial…

If your goal is to use it like that Acai Berry juice crap, its not going to work. The real stuff that is meant for that does not even work. It is V-8, it gives you a few of the benefits of fruits and veggies. It is not going to make you lose weight.

How, when and in what form should I eat acai berries?

I have heard that acai berries help people lose a ton of weight and i think I want to try it. Is it possible to eat the fruit itself because everybody else seems to be taking pills. I can’t take pills because my parents will become suspicious so how else can I eat acai berries?

Acai berries are not really all that special. They’re just foreign.
In Brazil, they are like grapes. I even had acai berry ice cream there, and no intelligent Brazilian believes the acai myths, or that they will slim down with them.

Blueberries are healthier than acai berries.
Diet and exercise help people lose a ton of weight, though if you eat only acai berries, and only eat a handful a day, I’m sure you’ll lose weight.

If you want to try acai berries, they do come from Brazil, so not many fresh berries can be found. Also, a lot of the health benefits would be lost in processing them into pill form. I would advise you try juices, like the blueberry-acai V8 juice. I suppose dried berries would also be good, if they can be found cheaply.

It sounds wrong to me to do that..like it will clog my pores or whatever but i wish to double confirm if using cleansing oil will help control oil? Will it clog pores?

I need to choose a cleanser that can control oil and wont clog pores, can deep cleanses, remove makeup residue and not drying but i dont know what type to choose. Should i get those foam, milk or oil types?

I have heard that natural hot springs and mineral water is very good for the body and helps release toxins and poisons from the body. Is this just a load of b.s. or is it really true?

Detox pills, and detoxification and cleansing in general, are neither useful nor necessary unless you have had long-term narcotic use or are chronically constipated. Detoxification and cleansing has no proven medical benefits for the average person whatsoever. It will NOT help you lose any significant amount of fat. Your intestines are clean unless you use large amounts of muscle relaxers, or have serious digestive illness.

Soooo, has anyone done the master body cleanse? If so, did it work well and did you lose weight from it?

Hi Sharea –
The lemon detox or master cleanse/starvation diet you are referring to is a calorie deficit program.
You will lose a few pounds but when you start eating again you will probably gain more weight. It took me some time to figure it out but you will lose weight on this diet. The average adult American has eight meals in their digestive system. Five more than they should. By going on a deficit diet like this you can lose around 10 pounds just by not eating. But it is only the weight of the food in your digestive system.
You may lose a pound or two of body fat. So it does work. but it does not change your SIZE. Once you start eating again you just replace all the missing food in the system. Pour the soda out of a bottle and the shape of the bottle doesn’t change does it?
The signal these starvation diets send the body is that there is no more food available.
The body immediately stores any fat it can and begins to burn muscle mass for fuel instead of the stored fat (metabolism).
Stored fat will be used as a last resort when needed.
When you start eating again the body immediately stores any food as fat because it doesn’t know when the next famine is coming. You really don’t detox since a substantial portion of the toxins in the body are stored in fat cells. So if you don’t lose the fat, you don’t lose the toxins.
The complete opposite of what you are trying to accomplish.
There is no build up of bad plaque, toxins, or sludge in a normal, reasonably healthy system.
If this was the case we would have people dying left and right from malnutrition since their small intestines couldn’t absorb nutrients.
The majority of the water from food and what we drink is reabsorbed through the colon, if our colons were clogged we would all be walking around looking like sponges right?
Detoxing is ridding the system – liver, kidneys, and intestines of toxins both internal and environmental. Additionally, many toxins are stored in our fat cells so in order to truly "detox", you need to lose excess body fat as well to fully detox.Our liver and kidneys aren’t clogged with toxins. Otherwise we would be dead.
The liver does in fact get layered with fat when we become overweight.
We "cleanse and detox" naturally 24 hours a day through respiration, sweat, liver, and kidneys.
We can help by eating a healthy diet with minimal added sugar and salt. Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grain foods, beans, peas, and brown rice keep a system as healthy as it can be.

Read food labels. If you can’t pronounce it, don’t put it in your body.
A healthy high fiber diet works every time.
Increases the speed and efficiency of the digestive system and helps the body rid itself of both internal and environmental toxins.

Search "gut flora" to learn about the beneficial bacteria we need in our colon.
We have more beneficial bacteria in our digestive systems than all the cells in our bodies!

I have clear skin, but whenever i use a facial cleansing product i get red bumps?

I don’t have a oily, dry, or pimply face. But sometimes i have blackheads or clogged pours. I noticed after i use any facial cleansing product i get red bumps. I suspect I need gentle washes. Any suggestions?

I would go with a more gentle approach or even a natural one.
Another suggestion is witch hazel you can just dab it on the affected areas without doing your whole face.
Don’t use soap off any kind of wash your face.
Lemon juice is also a good facial cleanser but you wouldn’t need to use it every day similar to withchazel just dab in the affected areas it will dry out and fight against the bacteria that is on your face hence why you get breakouts now and then.
Also look for a natural olive oil based moisturiser or an almond one.

For soaps look for a natural based one as well.

no, but if you take enough and look up some stoner threads on that you’ll find the "recommended" dose for doing that. i’ve still heard of people failing piss tests after taking niacin, but i also know people who used it religously on probation and always came up clean.

I was researching the benefits of human consumption of acai and they mentioned theobromine, also found on chocolate. so don’t let your dog eat it if you have it! just a heads up.
But for humans, knock yourself out!
Toy Fox Terrier: Yeah, I personally don’t like acai. It tastes like a blueberry with a coating of milk chocolate. So I have to mix it with lemonade if I want to get it down my throat. Yeah, maybe thats why they taste a bit like chocolate, because of the theobromine. I don’t know LOL

yeah in those tropicana commercials they would say "chocolately acai berries". I never got that. how can a berry be chocolately, lol?

I need some "recipes" for a good fruit smoothie. Something I can make with bananas, blueberries, peaches, strawberries etc. I need to know how much of each to put in.

I also want to add some things like pomegranate, acai and goji (and whatever else is high in anti-oxidants or is good for a person with diabetes). Where can I get acai and goji?

I’m open to suggestions.

I typically use 6 oz. (small container) of sugar-free yogurt (vanilla or berry flavors work great). Add on top of that whichever berries you wish….. I find that either a variety of berries, strawberry-banana, or strawberry-peach are very good flavors. I dump in at least a cup of fruit (more depending on how big you want it to be), and use enough juice and ice to make it the right consistency. If you’re having trouble blending it — add more juice.

We are wondering if a vasectomy increases chance for prostate cancer, urinary problems etc. This ques is being asked in relation to the Endocrine system etc…Kind of like when a woman has a hystorectomy early in life and it effects her hormal levels extremly. Male Menopause is something new that they are learning more about due to Hormonal levels being altered. We are not worried about the procedure. We thought someone might have more information regarding "Natural Alternative Thought" and the Vasectomy. Thanks to you all !!!

There is no connection at all. The levels of hormones are not affected by a vasectomy. Only the sperm is blocked from entering the semen. Everything else stays the same.

I had a vasectomy at 21. I know other men that did as well. I am over 40 now, and have never experienced any ill effect. I don’t know anyone else that has.

Religious groups are firmly against vasectomies because it can potentially lead to fewer group members. I am pretty sure they are responsible for any myths about vasectomies.

I have heard all the myths. People said that I would look old way before my time. The truth is, I look younger than most guys I know. My brother is 4 years younger than me, but he looks 10 years older than I do.

My grandma needed to strengthen her thin hair and the hairdresser gave her a cleansing shampoo.
She has really dry very short hair which she washes less than once a week with this shampoo.
Pls tell me what you know =]

cleansing or clarifying shampoos can really strip the hair of its natural oils if you use it too often. I would recommend a volumizing shampoo for fine hair.

anyway to answer your question they are good for removing hairspray and product buildup

I just started a body cleanse and I was wondering if I’m going to be stuck on the toilet for all hours of the night. Also, If you’ve done a cleanse… What did it do for you?

I haven’tt done the all liquid body cleanse but i have done a four part, seven day cleanse and it was wonderful! the probiotics did make you crazy gassy for days two and three but by the middle of the week i had such an increase of natural energy it was amazing! i usually drink anywhere from 3-8 cups of coffee every day and after the cleanse i only wanted 1-2! my skin improved and i dropped around 7-8 lbs during that month. I hope you get good results from the liquid but if you decide to do another i recommend the 7day complete body cleanse from GNC. its one of the only ones that i found that was physician endorsed so that’s why i chose it over the others.

I have been reading about what are called "functional fruit" juices for cholesterol and the two juices are Tru Noni and Acai. Is there a difference between their effectiveness

Noni juice has been shown in clinical studies to reduce the cholesterol levels in smokers. The actual study was done using TAHITIAN NONI juice that is a blend of Noni with other less expensive fruit flavors. But there are more potent Noni juice products that are 100% pure like Tru Noni juice from Hawaii. I often wonder how much better the results in the study would have been if they used Tru Noni juice. In any case, the Tru Noni juice has worked will for me the past nine months.

The acai berry is know more as an antioxidant and I have seen many fat burner pills that seem very expensive and could be a scam playing the Acai name. Not too sure.

Your best bet is to do the Tru Noni juice and do a Google search to find more info on the Acai products that vary across the Internet.

I would prefer to be on a natural supplement for a hypothyroid condition and wonder if there is something available that is easier on my health. I take Cortisone for Addison’s disease and am just not too crazy about adding other harsh medicines. Thanks in advance.

A good homeopath should be able to help some. Also, there are some things to avoid which you can do -

don’t do triclosan (the additive in all things anti-bacterial – with the few exceptions of those that are just plain alcohol) Regular soap and warm water is antibacterial enough to keep you safe.

avoid fluoride as it does horrible things to the thyroid. NO you do not need fluoride for healthy teeth. It is a by-product of agricultural processes which would have to be disposed of as toxic waste if they didn’t tell us it was wonderful for teeth and put it in the water supply. Fluoride has long been used in chemical warfare.

supplement with iodine, that does help support the thyroid.

keep rested and avoid pharmaceuticals as they also work against thyroid.

support your adrenals, as the symptoms can overlap and compound your thyroid issues.

Soy is shown to cause problems, but more so when fed to infants as soy formula. Infants fed soy formula are more likely to develop thyroid problems in their teens. I’d say, if it has that effect on infants, you may as well drop it from your list of edibles too. For more info on the dangers of soy read "Soy: The Abominable Bean" Can be found on the internet.

Check with your local naturopath for a natural thyroid supplement. I can’t remember the name of it right now, but my mom does all the above and takes that supplement when the above isn’t quite enough because she is either sick or overtired. Thyrolate is what comes to mind, but don’t quote me. Many docs hate the use of natural thyroid because they can’t control it, btw, so be forewarned if you are going to address any of this with your doc. They may not like it.

Definitely visit the Stop the Thyroid Madness link that DNA provided. I was under the impression that Armour was by prescription only. I’ll have to check that. If you can get it, that is a good option.

Should I use the "natural glow" lotion if I have acne? What’s the best after-cleansing acne lotion?

I use Jergen’s Natural Glow lotion on my face. But now I am worried that it’s gonna make my acne mark more appearant. Also, I don’t know if it’s actually bad for acne skin or not.

If that lotion is oil based it could make the acne worse. Look for a lotion or moisturizer that says it’s oil free.

Here’s a simple formula for keeping the acne away.
1. Go Buy two face cleaners: 1 clearsil pads and 1 apricot scrub
- Use clearsil pad to clean your face every morning and before bed. (Wash face with water, dry, use pad, don’t dry).
- Apricot scrub. Use this at least once a week. Best to use every other day though. Easiest to use in shower. After use then use clearsil pad.
2. Use rubbing alcohol for spot reduction. Dip Q tip in rubbing alcohol and apply to pimple before bed.
3. Don’t cause scars: Don’t pick if you don’t have to.
4. Keep your hair clean. Our hair has so much oil in it (even dry hair). Many people don’t realize that a lot of acne comes from hair. This means shower at least every other day.
5. Keep your pillow case clean. Wash weekly. If you don’t have washer and dryer then wash in bathtub. It holds a lot of oil!
6. If you are a female you can also buy some concelear. If you can afford it buy oil free concelear (like Physicians Formula). If not then buy 99 cent concelear (wet n wild brand is cheap). You can use this to cover up acne while in public and for some reason i think it helps to wear it.
7. Drinks lots of water!!!

If you can’t afford to buy acne products listed above there are home remedy formulas.
Instead of clearsil pads apply rubbing alcohol with cloth.
Instead of apricot scrub mix oil free soap with sugar (I used to keep a glass jar of sugar in my bathroom).

If this doesn’t work you can ask your doctor to prescribe Benzol Peroxide (use it in place of the cleansing pads), it’s a bit stronger.

You can’t get rid of scars until you’ve been acne free for 3 months. At this time you can start using scar meds. like Mederma.

Tip: Hot water opens pores so you can clean them out. Cold water closes them.

Tip: Don’t ever rub face dry with a towel. Either blot dry or let air dry. Towel particles clog up pores.

REMEMBER: You have to use all steps for it to be effective.

I read that an unhealthy overworked colon that does it’s job less efficiently can result in unprocessed toxins that end up reaching the joints and that building up and creating sore joint pain

It’s always good to look at research done on both sides of the issue, so for anyone that’s done that, Thank you.

Just take fiber. Colon cleanses are BS. I read studies on them and they found that they did nothing beneficial for the body.

When I was in high school I drank extremely excessively and I think my kidney’s and liver may be damaged. I want to know if I can strengthen or rehabilitate my organs as long as I do not binge or drink excessively anymore and by taking vitamins, eating healthy, and being balanced.

Your last word says it all — balanced. Do some reading and find herbals that support the elimination system. Look especially at aloe vera juice. Also, anything green supports the liver — the darker green, the better. Look at ways to balance the alkaline/acid content of your body, as well. You can also buy pre-packaged total body cleanses at the health food store for about $35.

I’m taking acai berry liquid and took one capsul full today and I’m feeling…high. I’m a little bit jittery, pretty out of it and numb and a little naucious but I also just started birth control pill last night so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. I don’t know if maybe its extra energy but I don’t know I’m feeling very weird and light headed. What were any side effects or benefits to acai or that you personally had.

Nikki- I personally have no experience with acai, so why am I answering, you ask? I did some research, and acai is a pretty strong stimulant. This, combined with birth control pills could be upsetting your stomach. Hopefully you’re not skipping meals as I assume you’re taking acai to lose weight.

water is the #1 thing you can drink to rid your body of toxins. im not 100% sure of what you can eat but i think leafy greens like salad and that sort of thing would also help. because anything that is also full of water will do the trick too

What ingredients in products like this one cause the body to detoxify itself?

I am currently doing the cleanse right now and it is all natural. There are three parts to the cleanse. The first part is the Laxative formula which contains Magnesium Hydroxide, Slippery elm bark and marshmellow root. Those are the main ingredients in the laxative. It is not harsh at all. Then there is the Fiber Fusion which is made of fruit pectin and psyllium husk. It is easy on the stomach. The last part is the Super Milk Thistle which cleans the liver and has milk thistle, artichoke extract, licorice and dandelion which all work together to clean the liver. During the first part of the cleanse you take more of the fiber and laxative to clean the intestine and during the 2nd week it switches. Good luck if you decide to go it. I got mine on sale at the Vitamin Shoppe.

Acai is a berry from South America with less antioxidants than a blueberry. People make tons of money creating hype about it and acting like it’s a magical elixer. It’s a fruit, and a pill with Acai extract in it won’t make you magically lose weight.

If you are talking about a small business loan from financial institutions and you have low credit score, your chances are a little tight. You must have collateral and equity investments poured into your business.

4. Collateral
5. Resource Management

Collateral can be personal and business assets such as house, receivables, stocks and bonds, furniture and fixtures, among others — that can be sold to pay back the loan. Collateral provide banks with the assurance that they can get their money (or at least parts of it) back, even if you cannot pay. Even SBA-guaranteed loans as well as micro loan programs require some form of collateral to secure a loan.

I need to cleanse my body really bad. I exersice and eat like i should. I also drink plenty of water and get a high amoutn of fiber in my diet. any good ideas out there?

Okay, I"m so sorry you’re having such a hard time. Shame on your doctor for not answering all your questions. You must feel like nobody cares…well, please know you are precious and cared for.

Since you were only 7 weeks along (if I read you correctly) the doctor probably feels like it is less serious, and not too much different than a normal menstrual period. She probably sees many other miscarriages and has forgotten how new and traumatic this is for you. I"m so sorry.

Call her office back and ask to talk to her nurse-you’ll get more answers from the nurse, and quicker. You can ask the nurse to check with the doctor about traveling etc. Meanwhile, be alert for any signs of complications-fever, an increase in bleeding, a foul odor with discharges, an increase in pain. Ask the nurse what else to watch for and what would indicate a need for a return visit to the doctor. Find out if it is safe to have sex yet. Find out if you can take tylenol or ibuprofen for pain-tell them whatever other meds and vitamins you’re taking.

A D&C is probably not necessary unless there are complications. Your doctor would do one if she felt it necessary, but she should have explained the process to you more carefully. You deserve more consideration and more explanations at the very least. So, again, call the office back and politely but firmly request your questions be answered. She is giving you two weeks probably kind of a standard length of time off for most women in similar situations. If your pain and bleeding last longer than that it’s definitely time for a recheck. You may want to consider a second opinion, and find a doctor more in tune with you.

I have successfully quit smoking for over 3 months now and I would like to attempt to do some sort of detox to clear out some of the bad toxins/tar from smoking.

I don’t know if it helps, but after I quit I began to take a multivitamin each day. Also sauna’s are great to swear out all the toxins, drink loads of water and exercise I just went for brisk walks for about 30 minutes every couple of days and it felt like I could breath again it was amazing!
It’s been almost 2 years since I have quit, it’s the best thing you will ever do for yourself, well done!

cranberry is best used for urinary tract infections and is a very good antioxidant but i dont think itd cleanse your body.. unless you drink it for like a week but i doubt it

I am not overweight at this time but more or less, a little unhappy with the weight I have around my stomach, hips and thighs. I love this juice a lot! and 8 ounces just isnt enough for me & its pretty expensive for me to be having 3 cups of it a day! so i want to add water to it & i don’t know if adding water will mild its benefits… how much water can i add without losing any of its benefits? is one cup & a half of water ok to add?

Adding water will not reduce it’s benefits as long as you still drink all of it.

apparantly, many people seem to look at colon cleansing as a way to loos weight, wich is not what im looking for. Im looking to cleanse my intestines/colon. does any one know of any cleansing formulas?

I loved this. Don’t ask me why, but somehow I developed a taste for the stuff. Strange but true. I get a lot of strange looks, but I don’t care. It’s the lemonade diet. It works. You take water, real lemons, grade (a? b? can’t remember but I’ll get you the link in a minute) maple syrup and cayenne pepper. You do some other stuff too. It sounds awful but it’s not. Here’s the link.

Do your research first, though. This may not be the best option for you. Explore your options and think before you start messing around with any diet. Consult your physician, too, just in case.

I have done a lot of research, briefly consulted with an alternative medicine doctor and have nutrition experience so I am not going into this blindly or with the wrong intentions. With that said, I would like to hear from anyone who has attempted and/or completed any kind of cleansing or detox "diet". My goal is to remove toxins and reintroduce complex foods in an effort to see what aggravates my allergies. I am not concerned so much with weight as I am at about normal. This is not to quickly remove any illegal substances in order to pass a test either. I am simply interested in what works or not for people who have tried serious methods. I fear the lemon, syrup and cayenne diet (Master Cleanse) is too restrictive and nutritiously deficient but am open to anyone’s experiences. Any supplements that were beneficial I would like to hear about too. Thanks ahead of time for serious answers. be well.

OK, it depends whether you want to do a thorough detoxification program, or something quicker but not as ‘deep cleaning’.

Personally and professionally I recommend a systematic holistic detox program. This in itself may take care of your allergies.

It sounds like you’re already knowledgeable about nutrition and maintain a pretty healthy diet so the detox, though lengthy, should be simple for you.

First, make sure you’re drinking 8 to 10 glasses of pure water daily. Start out with a colon-parasite cleanse, then a kidney cleanse, then a liver-gallbladder cleanse.

I have a friend that keeps having to take a urinalysis. What is the best way to use Omni Cleansing Drink in order to get the best results? Also, does Niacin work for the same purpose? He was around a group of friends and he second hand smoked and he is worried that its messing him up.

If it’s true what is it in the pad that draws the toxins out, and why haven’t we heard of this before? I find it hard to believe myself.

They are feeding you pure bunk & crap. We’ve recently seen many "health charms" being sold & they are based upon absolutely no back up evidence. They do tend to rely on the "placebo" effect common among humans that "think" something makes them feel better, & therefore it does.
