Natural way to cleanse toxins from body?

Cranberry Juice is an excellent way to clean out the urinary tract.

Water is the best way overall.

Is it right to use cleansing oil to cleanse my oily face?

It sounds wrong to me to do that..like it will clog my pores or whatever but i wish to double confirm if using cleansing oil will help control oil? Will it clog pores?

I need to choose a cleanser that can control oil and wont clog pores, can deep cleanses, remove makeup residue and not drying but i dont know what type to choose. Should i get those foam, milk or oil types?

Are Hots Springs a good way to get rid of toxins and poisons in the body?

I have heard that natural hot springs and mineral water is very good for the body and helps release toxins and poisons from the body. Is this just a load of b.s. or is it really true?

Detox pills, and detoxification and cleansing in general, are neither useful nor necessary unless you have had long-term narcotic use or are chronically constipated. Detoxification and cleansing has no proven medical benefits for the average person whatsoever. It will NOT help you lose any significant amount of fat. Your intestines are clean unless you use large amounts of muscle relaxers, or have serious digestive illness.

How about that master body cleanse?

Soooo, has anyone done the master body cleanse? If so, did it work well and did you lose weight from it?

The lemon detox or master cleanse/starvation diet you are referring to is a calorie deficit program.
You will lose a few pounds but when you start eating again you will probably gain more weight. It took me some time to figure it out but you will lose weight on this diet. The average adult American has eight meals in their digestive system. Five more than they should. By going on a deficit diet like this you can lose around 10 pounds just by not eating. But it is only the weight of the food in your digestive system.
You may lose a pound or two of body fat. So it does work. but it does not change your SIZE. Once you start eating again you just replace all the missing food in the system. Pour the soda out of a bottle and the shape of the bottle doesn’t change does it?
The signal these starvation diets send the body is that there is no more food available.
The body immediately stores any fat it can and begins to burn muscle mass for fuel instead of the stored fat (metabolism).
Stored fat will be used as a last resort when needed.
When you start eating again the body immediately stores any food as fat because it doesn’t know when the next famine is coming. You really don’t detox since a substantial portion of the toxins in the body are stored in fat cells. So if you don’t lose the fat, you don’t lose the toxins.
The complete opposite of what you are trying to accomplish.
There is no build up of bad plaque, toxins, or sludge in a normal, reasonably healthy system.
If this was the case we would have people dying left and right from malnutrition since their small intestines couldn’t absorb nutrients.
The majority of the water from food and what we drink is reabsorbed through the colon, if our colons were clogged we would all be walking around looking like sponges right?
